Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 20/01/2026This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Mouse & Cheese Design Studio (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through its website https://mousencheese.com including paid consulting and advisory offerings such as Gear Check.
1. Nature of Services
Mouse & Cheese Design Studio provides professional consulting and strategic advisory services. These services require advance preparation, limited availability, and the allocation of internal resources.
2. Refund Policy
All payments made for services provided by Mouse & Cheese Design Studio are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed. This policy applies regardless of:
- Change of mind
- Business or scheduling conflicts
- Non-utilisation of the service
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Requests to reschedule a confirmed session must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Sessions missed without prior notice are considered delivered and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where a session cannot be delivered due to operational reasons attributable solely to Mouse & Cheese Design Studio, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
- Reschedule the session, or
- Provide a service credit for future use
No cash refunds will be issued under such circumstances unless required by applicable law.
5. Payment Disputes
Any payment disputes must be raised by contacting partners@mousencheese.design prior to initiating a chargeback or third-party dispute.
6. Policy Amendments
Mouse & Cheese Design Studio reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication on the website.
