- Service access is confirmed only upon successful payment.
4. Service Delivery
- Sessions are conducted remotely unless otherwise specified.
- Clients are required to complete any preparatory documentation prior to sessions.
- Deliverables are shared within the communicated timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methodologies, documents, insights, and materials shared remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mouse & Cheese Design Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mouse & Cheese Design Studio shall not be liable for:
- Decisions made based on advisory inputs.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Outcomes beyond the defined scope of the service.
